UK customers can now unlock the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active and the Samsung RBX active in the country through an app.
Both are part of the new Samsung Smart Home Plus suite of products that includes the Samsung SmartThings Hub and the Google Home Hub.
The Samsung RBx Active is a small home automation device with the ability to connect to a range of smart home devices.
The RBx is a fully-featured smart home hub that connects to connected devices through its Android-based smartphone app.
The Galaxy S5 Active and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Active are the Samsung smart home hubs from which you can unlock the RBx and the Galaxy Note 5 Active.
Samsung’s Galaxy Note line of smart hub products are available on both the UK and US.
The Samsung SmartHome Plus suite includes the Google Assistant and Google Home Smart Home, as well as a number of smart devices such as smart thermostats, motion sensors, lighting control, lighting meters and more.
Samsung also announced that its smart home products will be supported on Android, iOS, Windows and the Mac OS X operating system.
The Samsung RBxx is a full-fledge-free smart home product with a USB-C port that connects directly to your connected smart home equipment.
It features a 7-inch display, a fingerprint sensor and a microphone for voice commands.
The Galaxy S6 Active is Samsung’s entry-level smart home device that supports voice commands, a built-in microphone and is available in white, silver and black.
The S6 active has a 5-inch screen with a 1920 x 1080 resolution.
The Active has a Bluetooth 4.0 connection, Bluetooth LE, and USB-A.
The S6 and S6+ Active are both $199 on Amazon UK and $349 on Google Store UK.
